Subject: Testimony- you ask us to share with you :O)
Good morning Mike,
You ask in your web page for us to share what we are doing to bring positive/good changes to laws that are unfairly and unconstitutionally harming people.
As rosa parks faced opposition in the past, We ,Medical Marijuana Patients, face the same hate and uncompassion as the past.
I was severly injured Nov 13 2001, when a tree top fell and struck me, shattering the right front section of my skull, i went though 5.5 hrs of reconstructive surgery, 12 screws and 6 plates to hold what they replaced of my skull. and a couple of years rehab.
I was put on Presribed phars which not only made me very sick/nausea/weight loss,
and went though 2 bad seizures and hospitalized.
I asked my doctor about cannabis instead of the phars they had me on and were not working to stop the bad headaches and seizures
My doctor told me NO , and to continue taking my pills.
Well after two seizures I took it upon myself to quit the pills and use only cannabis for my headaches and seizures.
Well it has been 3 years almost 2 months that i have used cannabis ONLY, I have had no more seizures and the head aches are far more managable. :O)
and i am working full time again :)
It is so nice to work again!!!!
Here is were it gets interesting, after going though a severe injury ,rehab and getting back out and working, my boss for the past 3 years, calls me in the office and asks me if it was true that i am a medical cannabis patient and if i was riding a bicycle across the US for Medical Marijuana patients.
I told him yes!
Even though my medical use did not effect the quality of my work, I was Fired.
Yea haa
Many people are affraid to work cannabis patients!! Why?
Well, this spring I am still riding my bike for Medical cannabis patients Rights and Freedom. I hope to show the world and the politicians that cannabis is an excellent natural medicine and people that use cannabis for medical are still very productive, motivated and professional people, and hope to bring about a change in our laws in all 50 states, not just a few.
For sickness and injury do not pay attention to states lines or borders.
