What Do the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and Al-Qaeda Have in Common?

Crossposted from Reader Supported News Answer: Both aren't above killing people to attain their goals. Austerity: Planned Poverty

Carlos Arredondo, Boston and the World's Hero

As men, we're taught not to cry. But the story of Carlos Arredondo made me cry. Carlos, a Costa Rican immigrant, became a naturalized American citizen not long after hearing of his son's death in Iraq. But after his heroic actions in the chaos of the deadly explosions at the ... continue reading

President Obama: One Corporate Puppet Among Many

This year, the New Deal turned 80. How the Government Killed Martin Luther King, Jr.

Before scoffing at this headline, you should know that in 1999, in Memphis, Tennessee, more than three decades after MLK's death, a jury found local, state, and federal government agencies guilty of conspiring to assassinate the Nobel Peace Prize winner and civil rights leader. The same media you would expect ... continue reading

FBI Should Investigate Bankers, Not Protesters

Why Democrats Should Embrace "Entitlement Reform"

(originally published on Reader Supported News) f a baseball player was on a hot home-run streak, and faced a pitcher who threw nothing but fastballs straight down the plate, wouldn't you be upset if the slugger let two perfectly good pitches go without swinging for the fences? America: Land of Shady Elections

Imagine going out to dinner in a restaurant that only served Coke and Pepsi to drink.
